Shipping Policy

  1. Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse to you through the appointed courier service that provides the safest shipping to reach you. We send orders to Malaysian addresses except P.O. Box addresses and international addresses.
  2. All deliveries (Standard, Express, and Click & Collect) are only applicable for orders below 30kg (weight or volumetric, whichever is greater). Please place a separate order if your total cart exceeds this limit.
  3. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Standard Delivery

Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 working days.

Sabah & Sarawak: 4-7 working days.

Remote area: Additional 2-3 working days.

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead times (additional 3-5 working days) due to urges in online order volumes.

  1. During peak seasons and festive periods, delivery may take longer. We advise you to place your order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc. to avoid any late shipments.
  2. At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/confirmation to our logistic partner as proof of delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please check the contents of the parcel, and you may refuse to accept the parcel if the content is damaged.
  3. If the parcel was unable to be delivered to you after 2 attempts or if you did not pick up the parcel at a nearby location as instructed by the logistic partner, the order will be forfeited and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

 

Free Shipping

Enjoy free delivery in Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM60 per order. This applies to Standard Delivery with a maximum parcel weight of 10kg.

 

Shipping Rates

Your chosen shipping method and the weight of your order will dictate the shipping fees. These charges cannot be refunded. The shipping cost incurred for your order depend on the parcel weight.

 

Click & Collect

  1. With a minimum spend of RM30, you can enjoy FREE DELIVERY up to 30kg with the Click & Collect service. More economical than standard delivery, this is perfect for budget-conscious consumers who are also looking to buy more or in bulk.
  2. Currently available at selected OFER merchant stores in Peninsular Malaysia, located conveniently in the major cities within your reach. The delivery lead time to the selected store is within 5 to 10 working days.
  3. Once the parcel arrives at the store, you will be notified via email for collection. You are required to bring along the notification email for verification. Both softcopy and printed copies are acceptable. Any representative can collect the parcel, as long as they are able to present the notification email to the OFER merchant store staff.
  4. The parcel must be collected within 7 calendar days after it has arrived at the store. Thereafter, the order will be forfeited and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

 

Express Delivery (Same Day Delivery)

At this moment, our express delivery service will only cater to addresses within 10 km in the same zone area only.

  1. For any orders placed before 11 a.m., you will receive the items the same day.
  2. For any orders placed after the cutoff time of 11.01 a.m., you will receive the item by the next working day.
  3. The expected delivery time will range from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
  4. If an express delivery has been scheduled for a certain day, please ensure that you will be available to receive the parcel between 2:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
  5. If, by any chance, you are unable to receive the parcel, you can entrust a family member or trusted friend to receive it.
  6. Should no one be available to receive the parcel, the order will be forfeited and cancelled. Therefore, we will not refund you for any amount that you have spent on your order or the express shipping fees.
  7. For any orders that were placed after the cut off time of 11.01 a.m. on a Friday or on a working day before a Public Holiday, your item(s) will be processed on the following working day, and your item(s) will be scheduled for delivery on that working day.
  8. The shipping cost incurred for your order depend on the parcel weight in the Shipping Table.

 

Order Tracking

  1. Upon confirming your order, an Invoice email will promptly follow to acknowledge its receipt.
  2. Once your parcel is prepared for shipping, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation email containing a designated tracking code.
  3. Easily monitor the progress of your order (accessible here) by entering the tracking code in the provided search field.
  4. Please note that there might be a slight delay of a few hours before the tracking code becomes active within the system after you've received the Delivery Confirmation email.
  5. Should you not encounter any delivery updates within a week of receiving the confirmation email, we kindly ask you to reach out to our dedicated customer service via email at info@ofer.my for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our priority.
